Returns

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, we gladly offer a full refund.

To return an item, please ensure it is in the same condition as received, including original packaging, and that it remains in good working order. We understand you may need to try the device, but please handle it carefully to avoid scratches or damage. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address are the customer’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to decline refunds for items that do not meet these conditions. If a return is not authorized, the customer will be responsible for shipping the items back to them.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding receipt and whether your refund has been approved or declined.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days. The credit will be issued automatically to your original payment method, though it may take additional days for your bank or credit card company to post it.

If your refund is delayed:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company—refunds can take time to appear.
  • Contact your bank if needed.

Exchanges

If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, determined by the shipping method chosen.

If the return is due to an error on our part—such as damaged or incorrect items—shipping costs for the return will be fully covered by PbmEquine.
