Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days after order confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible.


Delivery Methods and Estimated Times

We ship orders worldwide using trusted express carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other air shipping options. The delivery method and estimated shipping time depend on the destination country or region:

  • United States & Australia: Orders are shipped via express air carriers, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.
  • Canada & Major Western European Countries: Orders will be shipped via air using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, which means all import duties and taxes are prepaid by us, and the buyer does not need to pay customs fees. Estimated delivery time is 9–15 calendar days.
  • Other Eligible Regions (New Zealand, Asia): Free shipping is available, with delivery times varying depending on the country and chosen carrier.

    Free shipping is provided for eligible regions, including United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Western Europe, and parts of Asia. Shipping fees for other regions, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days, please contact our support team at support@pbmequine.com for assistance.


Damages and Inspection

Upon receiving your items, please inspect the packaging carefully before signing for delivery. If any damage is noticed, make a note of it on the delivery receipt.

If the products themselves arrive damaged or defective, take clear photos of the items and packaging, then send them to support@pbmequine.com. Our team will guide you through the replacement or return process according to our Return Policy.
